Returns

Software Return Policy

We accept returns for our software applications for up to 60 days after the purchase date. To process the return, we require that you complete and sign a Return Agreement and we ask you to fill out an optional questionnaire to help us improve our software and customer service. If you ordered a physical disc and manual, you will be required to ship back the items to TALtech.

The refund process will not start until we have received the signed Return Agreement (and, if applicable, the physical software shipment). For orders that were ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), i.e. “unlocked” software, we will immediately remove the software from your online account and convert the “Active” Unique ID (UID) to “Retired”.
